i have a 2001 dodge ram the turn signals and brake lighys stoped working i checked flasher and fuses ????

If fuses and flasher are all good, the problem is likely in the turn signal switch. The brake light circuit goes through the turn signal switch as well. Replacing the turn signal switch should fix your problem.
