I replaced pcm then unplugged the ckp tps map cam sensors

Hi I replaced pcm then unplugged the ckp tps map cam sensors and still show no bus. I checked and cleaned all engine compartment grounds. What am I missing?

Did you load test the power and ground circuits at the PCM?

I check for 5 volts and ground coming out of computer and at senors with digital volt meter. I then unplugged all sensors and still no bus. I checked all ground under the hood

Do you have 5 volts to the 3 wire sensors?

Do you have a scan tool? If so have you checked for codes?

Have 5 volts and ground going to sensors. My scanner will not connect with computer.

Check the voltage at your OBD port between pins 3 and 11 and let me know how many volts you got.
