Hi I have a 97 dodge 2.5 with no start condition it has everything working but the pcm isn't pulsing the coil

Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I can assist you with your question. Does the check engine light come on with the key on for a bulb check? Are there any codes in the computer? Does the engine have injector pulse when cranking it over?

Crank sensor, ignition coil, cam sensor(dist pickup), cap and rotor, plugs and wires, along with all relays.

Thank you for that information. Provided the valve timing is correct and the timing chain did not break or jump time, then the only thing left would be a bad PCM.
