Whats the issue?

blower motor not working. Here is what I did so far. hot wired the blower motor, it works. changed the resistor. no different.
changed the relay, no different. removed relay and jumped #30 and #87. all works good.

I attached the wiring diagram.. Can you remove the relay and tell me if pins 86 has 12v and 85 has ground? Since you said you jumped 30/87 then 30 does have 12v.. We just need to check the control side of the relay...
