if there is fuel getting to the high pressure pump and no pressure then the high pressure pump would be the failure point, NOT uncommon to see the high pressure pump fail, actually it can be the solenoid on the rear of the pump BUT at the last time I looked in the catalog the solenoid was not serviced any more at least from dodge, and remember we have to get cummins parts from cummins so they MAY have decided that if the solenoid has failed the pump is on the way out as well
