Good morning and welcome to JustAnswer!!

I see that you replaced your throttlebody but was it relearned with a scantool?

Expert:  -Brad- replied 1 year ago.

If it was not relearned with a scantool you will have a dead pedal.. You will need a scantool such as the WiTech I use here at dealership to relearn ETC. After which you will regain all throttle controls..

Glad I could help,

Brad

You will need a WiTech scantool to perform the Relearn ETC function before you will be able to drive it...
