2010 Charger 3.5L. Car A/C cycles normally if air is set on

Customer Question

2010 Charger 3.5L. Car A/C cycles normally if air is set on anything but the first blowing level, and when it's on the first blowing level it cycles too often.
The car was recently recharged so it's not low freon, no leaks since there already were refrigerant leaks that I got fixed at the dealership 3 days ago, for $800 (evaporator, air inlet housing and recirculation doors replaced), damn thieves.
Also the car runs a little rougher than normal when the A/C is on, not sure if this is normal or not.

Hi, is the air still cold when the blower is on low and your concern is the compressor cycling more than you think it should?
