have you jumpered the compressor coil directly with a power and ground to see if it operates properly?
have you verified the charge in the system, and are there any fault codes in the ecm you WILL need a scan tool or good code reader to determine any codes
well first thing is to jumper the coil with direct power and ground, clutch coils were common to fail on early 6.7's so if jumpering it doesn't make it engage then the clutch has failed, if it DOES then yo will definitely need to pull any codes to see if there is a reason the ecm is not commanding the compressor on
the compressor was similar between 5.9 and 6.7 I do NOT believe they are interchangeable, and tipm can only be read with a scan tool, but FIRST jumper the coil and see what it does
