I need to know where the radio fuse is on a 2013 dodge Laramie 5.7 hemi know where the fuse box is but can't find the fuse the diagram is not helpful at all please help ASAP

I attached the wiring diagram.. And the fuse location picture.. If fuse is good then try disconnecting the battery for 5 min and see if a hard reset helps.. If it starts working then you will need to have the radio updated to prevent this in the future..

I looked at the fuses how can I tell for sure that one is bad there's two and the one on the left looks different

You will need to remove it and look thru it and see if it blowed.. Or if you had a meter you could ohm it.. I would bet the fuses are good and the radio is locked up.. Try disconnecting the battery for 5 min and see if it comesback on..

I disconnected the cables for five minutes and still nothing

Ok at this point I would remove the radio and verify 12v and ground.. if good then replace the radio..
