Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Can you please recommend what i should try next need vehicle asap
Expert:  Amedee replied 1 year ago.

Ok, no problem! Also, I would like to start by checking the fuel pressure when this long crank/hard start condition occurs. We could have a weak fuel pump. I will be looking forward to your reply!

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Plenty of fuel going to injectors when i turn key to acc position i hear fuel pump
Expert:  Amedee replied 1 year ago.

Just because the fuel pump is running does not mean the fuel pressure is good/within specs

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok do you reccomend i change
Expert:  Amedee replied 1 year ago.

Again, I would recommend that you check fuel pressure first.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Whats the best way to check this
Expert:  Amedee replied 1 year ago.

Using a fuel pressure gauge hooked up to the fuel rail. Have an assistant watch the gauge as you crank the engine.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok once this is done and it has good pressure than what
Expert:  Amedee replied 1 year ago.

Then we go after the ignition system and the air fuel ratio by checking the corresponding sensors.

Seems i might be over my head on this one maybe need a mechanic for this?
Expert:  Amedee replied 1 year ago.

You have a mechanic. That would be me. :)

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I understand that but not sure if im mechanically inclined enough to do all these test is there anything simple that i can try to narrow down the problem
Expert:  Amedee replied 1 year ago.

I understand that as well. If you dont feel comfortable doing this, at least I was able to give you some ideas/possible causes and point you in the right direction. I am glad I can help!

Agree with me that i shouldnt just keep replacing sensors can b very expensive
Expert:  Amedee replied 1 year ago.

Totally agree! That is why we test/check the system first before replacing anything.
