I'm looking at buying a 1998 Plymouth Voyager, it has a coolant leak. The owner says it is either the water pump or the thermostat housing. What can I expect in expenses to fix either of these problems?

The water pump calls for 1 hour labor (approx $125) and the pump is around $75 so around $200 total
The thermostat housing costs around $15 and 1/2 hour labor. Roughly $100 total
