There is no relay. The TIPM (underhood fuse panel) sends power to the cluch. So first thing to do is jump + power to the clutch and see if it engages. If ok then trace the wire from the compressor to the TIPM. If thats ok then use a scan tool to see if the AC request is active. If that's the case then the TIPM is bad. Its very common for the TIPM to go bad and not the computer or the wire. Below is a wiring schematic of the system:
