Have a2010 Dodge caravan I changed the ignition control switch .it started for 1 second then died now won't turn over at all . I have all dash lights and radio works and before none of them worked

If you replaced the Wireless Ignition Node then it will need to be programmed with a scantool such as the WiTech I use at the dealership before it will start your vehicle. There is no way around this..
