2500 Laramie 5.9 cummins: I have a 06 dodge 2500 5.9 diesel.

Customer Question

I have a 06 dodge 2500 5.9 diesel. I just purchased it A couple weeks ago. Been a great truck. Just had a issue with temp rising while on interstate at 70 . Fan sounds like it's locked in. When you slow down to 60 temp goes back down. I changed fan clutch and didn't do the trick.

It really sounds like one of these possibilities... low fluid level.. clogged or blocked radiator OR ac condensor is clogged restricting air flow threw the radiator. First step would be thermostat and flush.
