Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
Your truck uses a pressure transducer rather than pressure switches. actual pressure on the high side of the system is monitored by the engine controller. Based on pressure the ECM will then send a signal to the TIPM to drive the compressor clutch coil.
If you were to power the compressor directly that would cause it to run with no high or low pressure protection.

Would it cause any thing to blow up like lines or evaporator
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 1 year ago.
If left in place it can definitely do damage to the compressor, lines, cause freeze up or blow the refrigerant out of the pressure relief.
