Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
There are two ways to disarm factory security, with a key fob or unlocking a door manually.
If you have a fob pressing the unlock button will disarm it, provided the central timer module is working properly.
It's likely that the disarm switch in the driver's door has either fallen off the lock cylinder or has failed. If you don't have a key fob then unlock the passenger door with the key. If that does disarm it then you have an issue with the driver's disarm switch.
