Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
I'm assuming no fault codes are setting.
If no codes are setting yet monitors have not passed it's because the correct conditions have not been met for long enough while driving for the monitors to pass. This is usually because of incorrect speeds or engine loads due to driving style. A scan tool may be needed to monitor the pretest data to make sure the monitors run.
What specific drive cycle did you use?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
20 miles of highway driving ,several times, and did not still reset.. i charged the battery and they reset on the next drive cycle, thanks anyways...
