I have a Dodge Dakota 4.7 I have a new radiator, waterpump, waterpump housing,clutch fan and my truck is running hot when sitting in traffic. Moving no problem. At wits end. Help

If the thermostat was stuck closed, that would prevent the coolant from circulating around in the cooling system.
