Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
I'm assuming that the engine doesn't crank. The starter not engaging could be quite a few things ranging from the ignition switch, clutch switch, wiring and connections, and the starter itself. If no visible issues with connections are found and fuses are good then it will take some electrical testing to determine what is happening.
THe starter doesn't engage, correct?
