2001 Dodge Dakota 4.7 liter that won't start. Smell gas and the pump seems to kick on. Suspect no spark. Also no codes.

Hello,
If you are sure there is no spark at the plugs then the most common fault is the crank sensor or the wiring going to it. Try to wiggle the wire harness at the crank sensor and see what happens, if still not starting have the crank sensor replaced.
If this is something that you are going to try and replace, let me know and i can send instructions. It's a bit tricky though.
