Hello and welcome to Just Answer. Was the blow out on the front? If so then you need to pull the tire off and take a picture of the wires affected so we can proceed with diagnosing the issue. I am thinking it is safe to say that you have repaired all the wires? If so then the next step would be checking the fuses and relays. You should also have some codes in the computer and maybe a warning light on the dash.

Yes the blowout was left front. Wires were pulled but only found one that was broken or pulled out of connector. Dont have any reading on codes, due to no power, (will not display, and code reader will not work due to no power.) should i have power to all the wires? will take a picture and send it today. Looked at fuses, look ok, checked some of the relays, but not all, still trying to find out which one does what. Have good battery.

Update: checked fuse box and found it loose. in trying to get it to sit right, i found 4 connections that had come loose. reconnected them, now i have head lights and the ac works ( both front and rear). still dont have and power to radio, windows, interior lights, turn signals, and have some click when i try to start it. like the starter is bad or battery is low, ( it just clicks once when i turn key to start). checked battery an it reads 12.78 with multi meter.
