Welcome to just answer.com. I'm here to help you and your 100% satisfaction is my goal. Have you try doing a chemical head gasket test yet?

Okay next I need to know what temperature the engine is so when it pushes coolant out of the overflow and also with a pressure gauge what is the pressure on the cooling system

Customer replied 267 days ago.

runs normal until it pushes enough water out that it gets hot. when we check it the radiator is low and the overfiow tank is full. dont know how much pressure is but it must be greater than the cap is rated for.

I think you're head gasket test was faulty or gave you a false reading because that's the only place you're going to get that kind of pressure is from the cylinders them selves, one of two things either the temperature rises so high that it expands and builds pressure on its own or pressure from the cylinders overrides the radiator cap relief valve. So if the engine is cool and it pushes coolant out of the container you'll need to replace the head gaskets and have the cylinder heads pressure tested and checked to see if there are warped

thats what i fgured, thats the only thing it could be. what do I have to do to make sure you get paid. I thank you for the info
