Hello, welcome and thanks for asking your question. My name isXXXXX am a Certified Auto Technician with 25+ years experience. I will do my best to assist you. I don't know your automotive experience level, so I may have to ask questions of you before I can answer. I only know as much about your concern as you have stated in your post, so please feel free to add as much detailed information as possible.

When you continuously get the "err" mesage on multiple CD's it means that there is a failure of the cd player itself, to repair it you need to remove the audio unit and take it to your local electronics repair center. It may or may not be repairable, just take it in and have them check it and give you an estimate for repairs... Another option is to replace it with an aftermarket unit....
