Why can't our dealer fix a leaking sunroof problem? One of the drainage channels keeps coming loose (or something) They've tried gluing it. This has happened3-4 times since we purchased the truck, a Dodge '07 Nitro. Now the dealer wants US to pay to fix the problem, since our warrenty has expired. Is there any recourse to finally fixing the leak, once and for all?

Welcome to just answer.com. I'm here to help you and your 100% satisfaction is my goal. These can be troublesome the times but because this is a preexisting problem they should continue to take care of this under warranty you'll need to contact Chrysler customer care at the 800 number which is listed in the back of your owner's Manual. In the meantime make sure the drains for the sun roof or not clogged these will be in the front left and right corner of the sun roof frame. Let me know what you find and we will continue from their thank

Yes I would assume that if you get high enough in Chrysler they will take care of it being that it was a preexisting problem what is it that dodges saying is the exact cause of your problem?
Am waiting for them to contact my husband, who is a truck driver and out of town, so I can't answer your question. I can tell you that it floods drivers side floor board
