89 Dodge 350 ram. won't start, no clicks, battery good, acc don't come on. ???

If nothing lights up but all make sure your battery terminals are clean and tight both where they attach to the battery and to the engine, then also make sure the batteries fully charged. Tell me what the battery voltage is across the battery terminals when you turn the ignition to the start position. From your description it sounds like you probably have either a faulty battery or a faulty connection somewhere
!2 volts accross battery termnals even when I turn on ignition
Using a test light check and see if you have power on both terminals at the starter when you turn the key to the start position
