Ok so my 2003 ram 1500 4x4 wont shift into neutral and 2 wheel low today any ideas?

Welcome to just answer.com. I'm here to help you and your 100% satisfaction is my goal. Please explain to me a little more detail what your trouble is I don't understand two wheel drive low? Is this a problem with the transfer case you're having?

My mistake 4 wheel low it wont shift into neutral or 4wheel low

Okay will we will need to do is checked the ruling diameter of all four wheels using a string or a tape measure they must all be equal otherwise this will create tension on the drivetrain and not allowing it to shift properly. If that is not the problem I would like you to jack up all four wheels of the vehicle and see if it will then shift with the jacked up and not on the ground. If it still refuses to change speeds in the transfer case then we will remove the shift motor and attempt to shift the transfer case manually by hand. It's very possible you will have a faulty electric shift motor on the transfer case
