I have a 2003 Dodge Intrepid with the 2.7l engine. How do I remove the upper radiator support crossmember?

The crossmemeber is the piece of metal that runs on top of the radiator and goes from side to side. In the following pic, you'll be removing the bolts, labelled #1........to remove this piece.
