Have yopu tried both fobs?
What exactly does it do or not do when you try to start it?
Yes - I have tried both fobs. When I try to start it nothing happens except all the electronics work but the engine makes no noise or motion at all. Car is less than 48 hours old and has 50 miles on it.
To be fair and to abide by the rules of this web-site, I will need a concrete answer of how to resolve this in order to accept the answer. The dealer could probably do it tomorrow but it is Sunday and they are closed.
So you are getting a click at all?
Are you pushing the brake when you try to start it?
No click.Yes - I am pushing the brake when I try to start it.
And it is in park or neutral?
Are the brake lights working?
Park. But I also tried neutral.Brake lights work.
I am going to opt out and see if another expert can be of more help, or has any ideas as I feel I cannot help further online. No need to respond back to me as it will just lock me back on the question. If another expert can help they will reply.

There is one thing that you can try that may get it started... Raise the hood and disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes, after 10 minutes, reconnect the battery and see if it starts, If it does, I recommend taking it to the dealer tomorrow so they can check if this service bulletin has been performed. This should have been performed before sale of the vehicle, but it may have been missed. The service bulletin number is XXXXX

I will need to try this prior to accepting this answer. I will try it but it may not be for a few hours since I have to attend to something here. I do have an appointment with the dealer tomorrow to see if they can straighten this out. I will get back to you later this evening.
Ok, sounds good, Remember this question remains open for you as long as you need. You can post replies even after accepting... Good luck with this and I'll wait for your reply....
The battery cable remove and reconnect did not do it. It's getting dark here and I will be in touch with the dealer tomorrow. Not sure what will happen. I can let you know the final fix if you wish - that could be a few days away.
Most likely there is a failure of the WIN (Wireless Ignition Node). This is basically the ignition switch assembly. On this vehicle it is a Module that communicates with the other modules on the vehicle, it is responisble for ignition functions and wireless functions like receiving keyfob signals for unlocking the doors, etc. I'm fairly sure that the dealer will find that it will need to be replaced, also possibly the Key Fobiks, so be sure to take all keys in with you when you go to the dealer. They may need to order parts, so you are correct in saying it may take a few days. Sorry you have had such an inconvenience with your "Brand New" vehicle...
Keep me posted on your results if you would like...
The battery cables remove and reconnect did not do it. I am taking the van to the dealer tomorrow to get it looked at. I can send their fix along to you if you wish, although it might take a few days. Thanks for trying.
Ok, Sounds good, let me know what they find.... (My crystal ball is telling me "WIN Module")
