I have no power to the ac blower/motor on my 2004 2500 diesel ram?

Already Tried:
I took the blower out and hooked it direct to 12v battery and it works fine

If there is no voltage (+) on the DARK BLUE wire at the Blower Motor,
Check voltage at the Ignition Switch DARK BLUE wire for voltage with Key On

 

If there is voltage on the DARK BLUE wire at the Blower Motor, Replace Blower Motor Resistor

Lurch, what is the proceedure for getting to the blue wire(for testing voltage) on the ignition? How do I get to it?

Remove the lower dash panel under the Steering Column
Remove the Lower Steering Column Cover
This will expose the Ignition Switch wires that is plugged into the Ignition Switch
