I have a 2004 Dodge Neon 2.0 HO and need to replace the automatic belt tensioner for the AC/Power Steering pump. My tensioner is not serviceable, and must be replaced with the entire tensioner & plate assembly. From the top of the vehicle, the plate appears to connect with Upper & Mid engine mounts & run under the power steering pump, & possibly the Alternator. Can someone confirm the following replacement procedure?1.) Remove passenger wheel for access,2.) Drain coolant,3.) Support engine, detach upper and middle engine mounts,4.) Remove Power steering pump,5.) Remove & replace plate w/ tensionerAm I missing anything? Pictures and a copy of the official service procedures would be helful.
