Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
No, there isn't a dipstick on the van. You'll find the dipstick tube coming out of the front cover of the transmission and there is a black plastic cap on top, but no actual stick.
Trans fluid level rises and falls greatly with temperature. If fluid is too low or high it can quickly do damage to the trans, possibly catastrophic. Checking the fluid in this trans, along with nearly all modern Chrysler products among other manufacturers, the first step is using a scan tool to check actual fluid temperature. Once the temperature is read then the exact fluid level for that temperature is obtained from a chart in the service manual. A special dipstick is then used to check the level. The dipstick has a stop the bottoms out in the correct spot and the stick is actually labeled in millimeters.
If you need to check the fluid level any dealer, trans shop, and many independent shops can do this for you. If you don't have any leaks and no repairs have been made then you won't have to worry about checking the level.
