My name is XXXXX XXXXX X am here to try and assist your with your question. It is on the side of the block behind the alternator. The lower radiator hose goes to it. The book time is 2 hours and the procedure is listed below:

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect negative cable from remote jumper terminal.

1. Drain cooling system.
2. Remove accessory drive belt for removal of the generator.
3. Raise vehicle on hoist.
4. Remove generator attaching bolts. Set generator aside for ease of access to thermostat.
5. Remove lower radiator and heater hoses from thermostat housing.

1. Remove thermostat housing bolts.
2. Remove thermostat and housing.

INSTALLATION

1. Clean gasket sealing surfaces.

NOTE: Install thermostat with the bleed valve located at the 12 O'clock position.

1. Install thermostat and gasket into the thermostat housing.
2. Install thermostat and housing to cylinder block. Tighten attaching bolts to 12 Nm (105 inch lbs.) .
3. Connect heater and lower radiator hoses. Install hose clamps.
4. Install generator and attaching bolts.
5. Lower vehicle.
6. Install accessory drive belt.
7. Refill cooling system.
8. Connect negative cable to remote jumper terminal.
