2001 dodge caravan: heater control module..selector..blower..vents

2001 dodge caravan heater control module; all controls work and light up except for flow direction selector. blower on high yet very little flow out of any vents. is module bad?

If the blower speed is changing and the air out of the vent is not then there is a problem with a door inside the heater and a/c box not moving and this is causing the lack of air flow.
