2003 dodge: 2.7L, shifts 1st and 2nd ok, goes to 3rd..turbo..hoses

Resolved Question:

I have a 2003 dodge sprinter tubo 2.7L, shifts 1st and 2nd ok, goes to 3rd and lacks all power as if the turbo is not working. Only code stored is P1470, I see no cracks in hoses and all connections loook ok.

When Monitored and Set Condition:

P1470-BOOST PRESSURE SOLENOID CIRCUIT - PLAUSIBILITY

When Monitored: With the ignition on.

Set Condition: The Boost Pressure Sensor indicates less boost pressure than the ECM is

commanding.

P1470-BOOST PRESSURE SOLENOID CIRCUIT NEGATIVE DEVIATION

When Monitored: With the ignition on.

Set Condition: The Boost Pressure Sensor indicates more boost pressure than the ECM

is commanding.
