Just need to know how to remove the connectors that attach to the fuel pump.
I have a picture.
hello- these are the fuel line connectors?tim
Yes I think they both are but they are not the type you can take off with a fuel disconnect tool they look more like electrical connectors. One line goes to the fuel pump itself and one goes to a big round thing also in the tank
Here is a picture of it, connected to the big silver thing - it has blue tabs.
push the fuel line towards the connector and squeeze release tabs then pull line off -- make sure alll dirt is cleaned away from the release tabs or it will not compress enough to release, tim
Were you able to see the picture to make sure thats the right kind? The vehicle is at our shop and I've tried everything I can think of and just wanted to make sure you are 100% that is the way to remove them before I head back over there.
pic did not come through,tim-- but i double checked service manual, tim
