I need to know how to remove 2 connectors that connect to the top of the fuel pump that is in the tank.

Yes I think they both are but they are not the type you can take off with a fuel disconnect tool they look more like electrical connectors.

One line goes to the fuel pump itself and one goes to a big round thing also in the tank

Here is a picture of it, connected to the big silver thing - it has blue tabs.

push the fuel line towards the connector and squeeze release tabs then pull line off -- make sure alll dirt is cleaned away from the release tabs or it will not compress enough to release,tim

Were you able to see the picture to make sure thats the right kind?

The vehicle is at our shop and I've tried everything I can think of and just wanted to make sure you are 100% that is the way to remove them before I head back over there.
