This can be caused by a number of things , possibly the EGR valve is stuck open , also these are known to have a large carbon buildup which Will affect the valves in the cylinder and not allow them to see properly . You could try and intake Cleaning or checked the EGR valve to be sure that's not sticking open . All we need to do also is using a scan tool checked the computer to see if there's any trouble codes being stored in the memory . And also monitor the oxygen sensors to see if they are working properly as they have been known to cause a rough idle in the past .
