hi this is the lifting points for your truck just follow the shaded dots on the picture.

Fig 5 Vehicle Lifting Locations


When properly positioned, a floor jack can be used to lift a vehicle.
Support the vehicle in the raised position with jack stands at the front and rear ends of the frame rails.

Caution:
Do not lift vehicle with a floor jack positioned under:
  • An axle tube.
  • A body side sill.
  • A steering linkage component.
  • A drive shaft.
  • The engine or transmission oil pan.
  • The fuel tank.
  • A front suspension arm.

Note: Use the correct frame rail lifting locations only.

Hoist
A vehicle can be lifted with:

  • A single-post, frame-contact hoist.
  • A twin-post, chassis hoist.
  • A ramp-type, drive-on hoist.

I only have the floor jack and the instructions say put it under the axle tube.

you need to put the jack on the lower ball join area close to the tire, that will give you the best support.if you look at the truck picture you will see all the lifting points and just follow the one for floor jacks.

I only have the one jack and because of the flat tire I can't get it under anything on the right front side

then you are going to need 2 jacks one for the body to lift it up enough to install the other jack, sorry for the delay i was trying to find a easy procedure for you to do the tire but there is no other way
