2001 Caravan: liter engine..The AC/heater blower is not working at all

This answer was rated:

I have a 2001 Caravan, 3.3 liter engine. The AC/heater blower is not working at all. For a while it only worked on the highest fan setting, but recently quit completely. Does this sound like a relay problem, or does it sound like the blower motor itself is shot? (Sometimes even on the high setting it would run slowly and then speed up).

The most common issue with the blower motors is a bad blower motor resistor. The resistor is what regulates the fan speeds. Sometimes we also find the connectors and wires melted a little bit due to the heat generated in this circuit.

The resistor block is located idrectly behind the glove box door, so you'll need to lower the door down to the floor by squeazing the sides inward.

This is what you will see once the door is down...
