Fuel tank collapsing when the engine is running or when using the forced monitor in the scan tool. This can be caused by a restriction in the EVAP Vent. When the EVAP system is purging there must be a fresh air supply to the canister. If the vent, canister or lines are restricted and the system can not vent the fuel tank will colapse. Suggest checking the EVAP Vent filter, canister, and EVAP lines for any blockage, replace any parts as needed
