Here is a belt routing diagram for your truck.

How do I relieve the tension to install the belt? Do I need special tools?
No, you won't need any special tools. It has a spring loaded automatic tensioner. On the tensioner is a 1/2" square hole for a ratchet. Use a long 1/2" ratchet to release the tension while you slide the belt off of a pulley with the other hand. Even with the tensioner at it's limits there isn't a whole lot of slack in the belt, it's easiest to slide it off of one of the unribbed pulleys like the water pump or fan drive pulley.
