Ok. P0299 is a turbo underboost condition. There are many things that can cause this code to set. It could be a leak in the intercooler system, a bad MAP sensor showing the wrong pressure reading, or it could be the wastegate solenoid on the turbo. The first thing to do would be to do a pressure test on the intercooler system to check for any leaks.
