2004 dodge durango: keyless entry key..unlock..doors @ orielly..keys

This answer was rated:

i have a 2004 dodge durango the keyless entry key will not lock or unlock the doors @ orielly's they have a device to check the keys and both were good what can i check on the vehcle
if the keys tested ok the probelm is either that the reciever in the vehicle is not working or the remotes just need to be reprogrammed to the vehicle either way you will need the factory scan tool to reprogram them and check the reciever

i reprogramed the keys but they still donot work both keys stopped working at the same time where is the receiver located so i can check the wires
the reciever is part of the instrument cluster on a durango
