hello there is no inline fuel filter on your truck the only filters there are, are one on the pump pick up inside the fuel tank and the one on top of the fuel pump module which incorporates the pressure regulator. below is a pic of the regulator/filter that is located on top of the pump.
i dont believe there is a way to unclog the filter, you can however replace just the filter though they call it a regulator/filter assy, here is the removal and installation instructions, pump removal is not necessary but the tank will have to be dropped.
WARNING: THE FUEL SYSTEM IS UNDER A CONSTANT PRESSURE, EVEN WITH ENGINE OFF. BEFORE SERVICING FUEL FILTER/FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR, FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE MUST BE RELEASED.
Refer to Fuel System Pressure Release in Fuel Delivery System section of this group.
The fuel filter/fuel pressure regulator is located at top of fuel pump module Filter/Regulator Location - With 26 or 34 Gallon Fuel Tank or Filter/Regulator Location - With 35 Gallon Fuel Tank
Fuel pump module removal is not necessary.
CAUTION: Do not pull filter/regulator more than three inches from fuel pump module. Damage to coiled fuel tube (line) may result
