Hello and welcome to Just Answer Dodge. First of all, did this problem happen before the new speed sensor was installed? The pcm in the truck controls charging, transmission, a/c, etc. Something with the pcm and / or it's various systems. The speed sensor is connected to the pcm. Did you replace the speed sensor for this complaint or for another reason?
