the key won't turn to the run position

I recommend trying as much as you can to get it to turn because if not then it will require possibly drilling that locking retainer than has to be pushed in when in the run position. This retainer has to be either pushed in or forced in or drilled out because the key cylinder will not slide out until it is done. Take your time and try wiggling alot, blowing compressed air into the key cylinder or tapping the key to see if it will turn. Also make sure the steering wheel isnt in a bind and causing it to not turn as well.
