voyager: My 97 plymouth..complete disconnect..accessories work

My 97 Plymouth Voyager won''t start. Battery is fully charged. Appears to be a complete disconnect from the battery..No accessories work. Clock has stopped.

hi your battery can still take a charge but have a dead cell i would take it to auto zone and have the cold cranking amps checked one other thing is the connection on the battery cables remove them and then clean them and let me know if that helps then we can go from there thanks
