Disconnect any wires that you have connected to the ORANGE Factory wire (for now)Check Fuses :F under Hood5, 8 & 12 on side of driver dash
Connect only to these wire (less the ORANGE wire)
Fuse 5 is for Lights - Orange wire.
Should have Power on the PINK (Fuse 12) & RED / White wire (Fuse 8 )Be sure you have good Ground. Not the Ground on the Plug, but Ground to Chassis.Check Fuses at Radio also
You need to check Power to the PINK (Fuse 12) & RED / White wire (Fuse 8 ) at the Radio. These are the Only Power wires for the Radio. If your Truck has a Factory AMP, it is turned on by the Light Green wire
Fuse 5 is only for Illumination & has nothing to do with the Radio working.
Again:Check Power to the PINK (Fuse 12) & RED / White wire (Fuse 8 ) at the Radio, with Key On & let me know what you find
The PINK wire is the Memory side which is needed for the Radio to work.
Check both sides of Fuse 12 in the Dash Panel. If fuse has Power, then you have a burned wire between the Fuse Panel & the Radio. There is a Splice between Steering Column & Radio. You would have to get into the Harness to find it
