OK

This is an allergic dermatitis and sometimes the triggers can be new soaps, detergents, foods, etc., but often the trigger isn't found.

The steroid pills are fine but at this point you need to see your doctor for a cortisone injection and for now you can also take over the counter benedryl or Claritin

Please let me know if you need any more information

Customer: replied 11 days ago.
Benedryl and Claritin hasn't helped. I am taking a prescriptive steroids and that has ease the itching a bit.
Customer: replied 11 days ago.
I am using Ecerin to help the dryness

Topical Caladry lotion can also help but you need a stronger treatment than the steroid pills for these like a cortisone injection

Customer: replied 11 days ago.
ok, thanks.
