Hi I am Dr. Iqtidar an expert on justanswer.com and will try my best to answer your question. I am sorry that you are having so many symptoms which must be hard for you. I am pretty sure that the symtoms you are experiencing are perimenopausal. You can get swollen breasts and ankle oedema as well as bone pains as the body starts undergoing changes. Sleep disturbances also come with this. If you are breathless particularly on lying flat then an echocardigram should be done which is a heart scan.
The best thing would be to go to an endo specialist and get some tests done. Even your GP or doctor can do those such as LH, FSH, Bone profile. TSH levels You might need some calcium or vitamin D supplements which would help with the pains. I wouldn't worry about the discharge if you've had it tested. you might have an infection and might need a course of antibiotics for that. As your skins dry I think you need TSH levels as well.
I think once the LH and FSH is done then this could be sorted. I would suggest vaginal swabs as well for testing for the brown discharge but this might be spotting. Ankle oedema can be reduced by either resting feet on a stool or getting furosemide tablets from your doctor.
I hope this answer helps. If you are happy with my answer please leave me a positive rating.
