looks like bad dry skin dermatitis

or could be bad eczema

have you tried moisturizers like coco butter

in the winter, with cold weather and the heater on, this can dry the air and cause bad dry skin.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I live in cold weather. I don't like it too hot because I have eczema so I control the temperature well.
Expert:  Dr. David replied 1 month ago.

steroid creams like 1% hydrocortisone cream can help with eczema and itchy skin.

think skin moisturizers can help as well.

you may need antihistamines such as benadryl or allegra or claritin as well to help decrease itchiness of your skin all over.

have you tried these over the counter medications?
